Who is looking forward to 2021?

Is 2020 anything close to what we had imagined?  Definitely not, but Kathryn has drawn many positives out of the numerous curveballs machine gunned out over the last few months!

”I have been very lucky that the business has been able to adapt to the restrictions’ says Kathryn, “the online store has been a great vehicle to present my work and has provided a safe and secure environment for my customers to continue to ‘Bring the Feeling Home’ with my new collections”

Kathryn opened the doors to her new studio at the end of May and although they couldn’t be flung open to a mass gathering as first anticipated, customers have been able to spend time with Kathryn by appointment.   “I felt disappointed initially that we couldn’t hold the ‘opening event’ we had planned, but have enjoyed meeting and talking to customers in smaller numbers over the last while’ explains Kathryn.  “The quieter times have gifted me with the opportunity to really focus on new collections such as The Florals and Family” continues Kathryn.

Thinking outside the box, Kathryn created a soft launch of the new studio.  “We had great fun at the studio filming the interview with Pamela Ballantine!  It was a great way to connect with my audience.  Also the personal messages offered on all Open Edition Prints have been a joy to write.  There is a lot of love out there!”

So with Kathryn launching her first ever Calendar, we look forward to 2021.  Nothing will be taken for granted.  Exhibitions, art demonstrations, collaborations, new collection launches and large family gatherings will be embraced where possible!”

Kathryn looks forward to releasing many more inspirational pieces and sharing them with you all.  “I really can’t thank my customers and followers enough; I wish health and happiness for you all in 2021”
