Dispatch And Delivery Times
UK – for all orders (excluding framed canvas prints) placed by 11am weekdays we offer same-day dispatch and aim to deliver within 1 – 3 working days.
Framed canvas prints will be dispatched within 2 weeks from receipt of order and we aim to deliver within 2 – 3 working days.
Europe – for all orders (excluding framed canvas prints) placed by 11am weekdays we offer same-day dispatch and aim to deliver within 3 – 5 working days.
Framed canvas prints will be dispatched within 2 weeks from receipt of order and we aim to deliver within 3 – 5 working days.
This is subject to customs clearance.
Elsewhere – for all orders (excluding framed canvas prints) placed by 11am weekdays we offer same-day dispatch and aim to deliver within 7 – 10 working days.
Framed canvas prints will be dispatched within 2 weeks from receipt of order and we aim to deliver within 7 – 10 working days.
This is subject to customs clearance.
Customs Charges
Custom Charges – EU Countries – custom charges do not apply.
Custom Charges – Non EU Countries – contact your local customs office to find out what if any customs charges apply. We cannot accept any custom charges incurred on international orders.
Delivery Charges
All shipping to the UK over £30.00 is free of charge. (Orders under £30.00 are subject to a delivery cost of £3.95)
All shipping to Europe is £15.00
Shipping to Rest of World Is £40.00
Other Information
Our same-day dispatch cutoff is 11am. If we receive your order from 11am onwards, it will be dispatched the next working day.
We will send you an email when we have received your order.
We will then send you another email when your order has been dispatched.
All orders are wrapped in sturdy packaging, and sent using a trackable postal service.
If there are any delays in dispatch, we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date. You can cancel your order at any stage before despatch.
