Always is a previously-unseen piece of Kathryn Callaghan’s breathtaking original abstract painting collection. As one of the smaller pieces in this series, Always’ undulating oceanic turquoise and blue tones mingle with hints of secluded red, purple, and soft yellow in this stunning floral bloom. Inspired by the intricate beauties of the natural world, Kathryn’s abstract collection features five magical paintings created using a combination of a her signature poured style and a brand new technique.
Along with its companion pieces Passion, Hope, Flourish, and Revival, Always is framed by expert local framers in a deep, white wood, floating tray frame. This modern approach allows the continual flow of paint along the edges of the wooden surface to be visible, whilst presenting the piece immaculately for hanging in any room.

Kathryn’s original abstract paintings combine her signature poured style with a newly developed technique to create these entirely unique pieces. By flooding the canvas and experimenting with the organic reactions of different paints and inks when agitated by movement and air flow, all the while inspired by the shapes, colours, and motions present in nature, this new series of work takes on a life of its own to bring the feeling home.
