The Brief
To supply beautiful artwork fitting with the hotel’s gentle and luxurious countryside brand, for use in the bedrooms and ensuites, as well as the hotel’s restaurant.
The hotel required approximately 200 framed prints of varying sizes, showcasing local wildlife and animals in Kathryn’s signature poured style.
They selected the images from a portfolio of prints and were able to specify sizes and presentation options according to the rooms within which they would be displayed
Client Testimonials
We had the pleasure of discovering Kathryn’s artwork through Sheehan & Barry Architects, who managed our most recent hotel bedroom refurbishment project. Druid’s Glen is nestled amidst some of Ireland’s most beautiful countryside, and we wanted the new bedrooms to connect with this.
Inspired by local wildlife found within the hotel estate, Kathryn was commissioned to create four original paintings and a number of exclusive edition framed prints for the rooms. She worked seamlessly with the architects to ensure the work was delivered on brief and to schedule.
The artwork is often commented on by our guests, who appreciate attention to detail, the unique style and luxurious hand signed finish.
